need opinions on 240 im looking at.

alright so im looking at buying a 240sx coupe or hatch. havent decided which yet. anyway i found a 92 hatch with 176000km as far as i can understand its an se. power windows, locks. hasnt been involved in any accidents and clains the 2 owners both babied it. also comes with a set of winter tires. the asking price is 6800 cdn. teh price is flexible somewhat and its a local car so im gonna go look at it tomorrow. so basicly what im asking is what are some things i should be looking for and is that a resonable price?

make sure the body and the frame is in good condition, engine work might be more complex but its easier to deal with then dents or rust, and if everything (besides the engine that is) is still working good then it might be worth it to pay a little extra,there are some good deals out there and this might be it, dont let it go unless u really have to
