I've found a set of 19" M35/45 Sport rims brand new in the box for $600. First of all I'm not good with offsets and fitment so I need to make sure I won't have any issues. Secondly, what do you guys think about the price? Thirdly, What about looks on my 08 Sedan?

My source shows that the bore for 'M' is 66.1 whereas the bore for the 'G' is 67.1 .

Another user states he is using those from an FX which has the same bore with new lugs. I would not do this so if my information is correct I would say no go as far as using them for other than trading material.

I would check to see what the bore actually is. I have done some searches on this and I get 66.1, 66,2, and 67.1 as bore sizes for a 'G'. Maybe someone here can actually measure theirs and let you know. I am wondering if there is a difference based on year. Most Nissans seem to be 66.1 . My listing of sizes show the 'z' as 66.1 however on the web I also run into the 67.1 as well in some places. If the bore size is correct then you may want these wheels if they fit in other ways.

If the 'G' bore size is 67.1 then I say no. You can sometimes adapt downwards in bore size using center rings (or spacer) but I would not use a spacer simply to attempt to make the wheel fit.

I have seen the m's 19's on a G sedan and it looked really nice... I almost traded my G's 19's for the M's (in chrome) that really looked sick!

I think the M35/45 wheels look good on the G sedan.

Seen it done.. and its good stuff. Even better in chrome on a dark car...

But is the bore the same or not? If not then there is an issue other than looks. I can't tell since I have seen the size listed differently.

I'm glad everyone thinks it would look good. Now I just have to find someone who knows wether or not they will fit.

Well if people have seen G sedans with them on it's a pretty good bet they do...

So does everyone agree that $600 is a fair price for the rims?

Are the spacers required for fitment reasons? I was hoping to get away without using spacers but maybe it's not an option.

$600 is definately good. Wish I could find the 19" G wheels for that.

What's the width and offset difference in the G vs M wheels? That will tell you wheather you need spacers.

I think the importance is not whether they can be made to fit, but if they fit safely. What is important about the bore is that it is designed to take the load of the wheel rather than the lugs. If the bore is too large then it will not do this without a center ring or the equivalent provided by a spacer. If the bore is too small then the spacer can be used to move the bore out far enough to clear the hub but this then means the stress is transmitted to the bolts. If a center ring is not used if the bore is too large the same problem is present. I don't know if the bore is the same since I have seen too many listings for different bore sizes.

Thanks for all the help pfarmer...I think I'm starting to understand what you mean. Maybe someone will clarify this for us.

From a google search looks like all Infiniti wheels (except QX4 and QX56) have 66.1 center bore.

I just found out that the offset of the M rims is +50. So in my understanding the rims would sit slightly closer to the car and I would need spacers to push them back out. Is this correct, and as pfarmer stated "is this safe"?

Also, I've confirmed the center bore as 66.1 of both cars and the 19's have 245/40/19 tires so according to the tire calculator my speedometer will only be off by 1/10 of a MPH at 60.

Looks like this is shaping up to be a good outcome.

$600 and new? Hmm, I'd be a tad skeptical. Too good of a price. Wheels may be stolen or fakes. That would be my first inclination.

Better go check the M forums to see if anyone posted about stolen rims first.

What is the width and offset of the 19's you currently have? They are probably close to +50, so could be about the same and would be good. Unless you wanted them to sit more flush, then a space could be used. usually no more than a 5mm spacer is used unless it is a bolt-on spacer. And many, many people use spacers, just need to check the lugnuts more often.

Currently I have the factory 17" rims with a +45 offset.

Also, I've found a used set with tires (very little wear) for $900. I'm just waiting on pics now to see what I want to do.

Funny you say that because he also said they didn't come with the TPMS.

I came up with 67.1 or 66.2 or 66.1 for the 'G' using the same search methods and also a book I have on wheels. One thing I did notice in the book was that the 'G' followed a listing for Hyundai which is also listed at 67.1 so maybe they carried the number over to the 'G'.
