Need OEM Jack & Lug Wrench Nissan Frontier 2004

Hello,

I'm looking for a OEM Jack and Lug Wrench for a 2004 Nissan Frontier. Have the 4 foot bar to crank up the jack. Also looking for a Dome light door sensor/switch for passenger side door jam and last but not least looking for an OEM air filter case (the round filter case) that is held with two wing nuts and the wing nuts for it. These items need replacing on a 04 Frontier friend just got.

Any help locating these items for a 2004 Frontier would help.
