Need new truck. How's the Xterra?

I'm usually on the Pathfinder forum, as I have a 2002 Pathfinder. Unfortunately, it's getting a little long in the tooth.
It runs fine, but it needs some work and I can't justify spending money on it. I want to replace it.
I've been thinking of looking for a "new" Xterra.
I know they're not made anymore, but I'm pretty sure I can fine a late model unit with next to zero miles on it.
I've been researching other vehicles as well, but was hoping for some feedback from Xterra owners about their trucks.
