I'm in the same predicament - needing 15" tires this fall. There's virtually nothing left in an acceptable load rating, 95V or better.
On Tirerack, they list only the very spendy Pirelli P600 in 235/60 and only Dunlop SP Sport 5000 and Yokohama AVS dP S2 in 215/65. Three choices. You get a few more choices if you're willing to drop to a H-rated tire. I'm not willing.
I'm seriously considering going to 17" wheels. The 7-spoke 17" 350Z wheels can be had for roughly $300 any week on ebay and would provide a large selection of tires. I'm also considering the 20-slot 16" wheels from the '97 Q45 which would allow the BFGoodrich g-Force Sports in a 255/50, but I've been panned here for considering them, even though Tirerack survey rates them 4 out of 47 tires in their group.
