need new SR
Well I need a new SR and I was wondering if anyone here knew a good website to buy and engines off of. I was looking at gotjdm.com and pandagarage.com and jdmtigerjapanese.com and jdmsource.ca but not sure if they are a good place to buy from...

already serached it and found 1 thing but most of those places I have had bad experiences with some of them...

You must be close enough to go take a look like the guy did in that thread. You're pretty much guaranteed to get a nice motorset if you check it out yourself man. Good luck.

I wouldn't recommend them! Sent me a motor that had to be rebuilt because the bearing were shot. They did replace the bearings, but now a year later and still not running right.dillards1234 wrote:anyone ever deal with jdm addiction in ocala florida?

yeah I will go up there monday I worked today in Homasassa at Village Cadillac . yes I work for GM fixing there junk cars. I should have gone today had no work at work like always.

A very close friend of mine, Jeff, now works at JDM Addiction with Erik Leegus. I've known Jeff for about 18 years now. Really good guy, and wont let a car leave in less than Satisfactory condition. Not sure about the motors they have at JDM Addiction, though.I have known Erik, for about 8 years. But that's it. I've only 'known' him. He was known locally in Crystal River for some 'less than average' business antics, but then moved to Ocala..reasons unknown.
I was originally going to purchase a JDM motor from them, but then moved to my current location(Boston) due to my wife getting stationed here. But I've kept in touch, and have been hearing some good stories from/about them lately.
This is just my personal experience with the business and the people that work there. I could try and help communicate if anything goes less than expected.

*Forgot to mention. He doesn't buy large quantities of motors at any one time. Not like any other importer is compared. Just an afterthought. Would be nice if these people got on large forums like this, though.
