need new rear shocks 94q

base model q, I've got blown shocks in the rear and need to replace them, car is all stock, no mods. What is the cheapest route for me to go as I am currently on a very small budget. (safety is important, so in that sense i'm not looking to keep driving this way)

At minimum buy Tokico blues from ebay for all 4 shocks <$310

A new set of shock dust/wear rubber boots will almost double shock life depending on local dust water, salt conditions.
