Want to know exactly where the filter will sit and will it be close enough to the ground to have to worry about water?? anyone have a pic of where the filter actually sits and not just of the tube???

Looks similar to the Injen so the filter will sit to the left of the radiator and under the battery.

Doubtful. I've had an Injen on for 5 years with no issues. If you are worried about it you can always get an AEM bypass.
