It's not the starter relay. That one is fine, it is the main fuse relay the 70 amp one. The power flows in two branches; one to the starter and one to the fuse box. The reason for this is that the starter requires cranking amperage much higher than the rest of the system can handle. At some point you had a power surge or the relay just went bad. This means you can get power to the starter, but not the ecu. THe radio runs off a different branch. I'm hoping there is not something else wrong with the electrical system that caused the power surge, because it can occur again. The number 1 cause of this problem is incorrect jumpstarting. which i have not done...maybe a previous owner
