If you planning get the cheapest leds then I believe you better keep your original lights and don't waste your money.

EVOtwan,

Except if he changed his package, the trunk led bulb he sells won't fit the Rogue as is: You will have to bend the leg to make it fit.I told him when I received his package but I don't know if he modified it afterwards. What he sells if on the left, what is in our Rogue is on the right.

If you want them, I can sell you them as I don't use them (made my own).PM me if you are interested.

i'm confused...why buy them if they don't fit?

how did you make yours? are they for sale or are you sharing the plans for them?

Only one of them won't fit right away (either the dome or the trunk bulb), check the pic above.By pushing a bit the connections, you will make it fit in place. So, even if the seller did not change its offer, you will able to use them, you will just have a bit of work to do.

As for making my own, here is the thread about them: zer...hange

I still have to do the two at the front but I have to buy more white leds.I will probably redo the two I have done already too , because I want to do the trunk one bigger and no more PnP (will cut some plastic to get more space), and the dome one smaller as the one I made gives too much light to my taste .

I did my own because I wanted to have a little bit of fun doing some electronics.I may put them on sale but I am not sure someone will be interested as they are not pretty looking. The ones for sale for now are the ones I got from Ebay.

If you are bothered by the yellow tint of the OEM bulbs and you don't plan to do them yourselves, the PnP bulbs on Ebay are enough (look at the comparative pics in my thread). That is what I did at the beginning since I bought them.

Murano has 2 lights in the trunk. One on each side. Why don't you cut out plastic on other side rather than making 1st bigger?

I don't make it bigger, I will use all the space available behind the lens instead of being constraint by some plastic.I want to keep the look OEM as possible (all cutting will be on the inside of the lens, no cut on the outside), and I don't think I will be able to do an "OEM" cut on the other side.

Slow, too slow.I put the retrofit on hold for a while as I might have to sell the car.

Now that is settled, it is back to business, but I don't have enough hours in a day to do everything: Taking care of my toddler ("only daddy time" these days, not that I am complaining, I am loving it!), my wife and her teenager girls (school getting harder and harder to understand alone), I have only few hours a week to take care of my stuff.

If I am lucky (and not afraid to get to sleep late), I have maybe one, one and a half hour at night to move things a bit when everything settled down.Good thing, I don't use my car these days, so I can leave it half disassembled during the week.

I may start by the tails as I have everything designed, just need some Nissan rubber butyl to close back the housings. For the headlights, I still try to go the complicated way for now (try to use the original mounting points) and I have to find some shiny metal pieces (about 2"x10") to install my DRL leds on them (tested, look good for me).I still need to order some parts and may have to change the design if I cannot use the mounting points.

News to follow... one day...maybe...

I hear you. I'm at work all the time and it's too much going on for weekends so I don't have a time either. Buuuut....mine is almost done since July I guess I'm getting too lazy to finish it up. Have to fix the hatch first.
