Use the fpr line as your vaccum source... like you should have everything else....

I think he is asking which port on his bov to hook up to. I am kinda curious on this too. I have read it before, but I forget, and too tired/lazy to search!

I only see one vacuum source in that picture. Where is the other one located?

Why dont you try it. If it surges, swap to the other fitting.

Finally...I get to answer a question instead of asking it!

From your picture I can see that you have a Type RS knock-off. There is only one vacuum location. The horizontal nipple is where you plug in your vaccum from your Fuel Pressure Regulator line.

That thing on the top which you believed to be a vacuum hook up location is the adjustment screw. loosen the nut with a wrench, and turn the screw with an allen wrench to adjust the hardness/softness of the blow off action.

I also noticed that you didn't have the label on the top. If yours is set up same as mine, then screwing to the left will soften and screwing to the right will harden.

alright that's the one i have.the bov i my first post is close to the one i have but not exactly the same. it has one nipple in the top section close to the adjusting screw. and another right in the bottom. i don't why i need two nipples. i got the turbo put on the car.right after 5lbs, it blew two of the couplings and then when i went to test drive it, there was a fire shooting out of the exhaust.also for some reasons, the safc is not reading any air pressure at all.is that normal? i need somebody who have done this stuff before to help me out. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was just trying to tune mine today and I found many boost leaks. But before I had boost leaks I blew off 3 different intercooler ines at 5 psi! Is your afc wired correctly??????? If it doesnt measure air chances are no!!! double check your wiring!!! Secure your hoses well! booast away. use the top nipple beside the adjuster screw on your bov. and once all is good read my sig and DO IT!!!

your afc doesnt measure psi! A boost gauge reads that afc taps into computer and displays airflow, throttle position rpms, voltage, correction, knock and ummm I use the 4 display and look at rpm, throttle airflow and voltage!
