Need install info

My friend just got a turbo for his altima (with ka24de) and we were trying to be cheap about what all is needed for the install, down pipe manifold, any ecu piggy back etc.What eles is needed?What is a safe boost setting for stock?Anyone got any steps or a good link for that info?is it worth to even bother with a turbo?and anyone know what the prices a shop would charge for the install?
