Need inputs on buying 240

What's up guys....well my truck just got stolen so i want to get another 240 and finally fix one up....

I had one about 4 yrs ago when i was young and didn't know anything nor had the money....so now i will have the money to work on it.....

so what i want to ask from everyone is the pro's and con's on both S13's and S14's so i know which to really look for.....and also what about the yr models before the 13's.....

any advice from all thanks.......

s13 hatch>all

i own both, have owned a coupe as well, so im not repeating what ive read somewhere. the coupe with the sunroof/moonroof is very very very cramped if you are tall, if coupe is your thing find one without. 2nd s14 is kinda boring, no offense to my own car here but its just a decent dependable daily driver and nothing more. with my hatch, its just dead sexy to me, i really cant get enough of the looks (body style), the only problem is that stock ka that was under the hood. do some research, look up your local classifieds/craigslists and check them out for yourself. they are very reliable either way, just depends on your goals.

^this man speaks the truth. id go with a s13 hatch, if you cant or dont like hatches then get a coupe and get a silva front end conversion. i also think s14's are just boring and more of a newer car thats just a daily driver. s14's can only be pulled off if their koukis or else they need extreme aero. just my 2 cents. go on craigslist. thats where i got mine. check different states and citys too on craigslist.

well, since you are a grown up man, it's time that you get a Kouki or atleast a S14 Zenki. Black ofcourse. and bam, you have a sexy car before any mods. Then if you are still young at heart, go turbo.

take a look at both s13/s14 and see what you like. personally i find the 14 interior is much more comfy. i like the looks of all of em but if i get another one ill get a zenki, when i have money.love those cars. a KADE is a KADE. yes with minor changes, but the same. nothing your gonna really notice. but if you do get a 14, or a later 13, youll have peace of mind having something with less miles on it. if your someone who doesnt like driving contemporary early 90's styling, s13's probably not for you.s13 isnt gonna be cheaper. newer 14 is gonna, well, have less age(obviously)deffinatly check out that link to the 'buyers guide' and choose for YOURSELF. dont get something others like

Edit: You want a clean title and a full, clean interior. Everything else can be handled easily enough.

hey guys, thanks for all the inputs...i am gonna check out this website soon as im done typing this........

and for all...i like the looks of both body styles.....i don't mind the hatch at all....but i also like the look of the Kouki's.........so i'm gonna check this site out and see what it says and what i come up with....

anymore inputs i'd still like to hear..........

but let me ask this....when i start modding....which is the easiest to work on/find parts for?

S14 > S13

It's just a more solid car. Bigger, better interior, overall fit and finish. It's a newer car.

agreed on the solid, the steering wheel is extremely lame but otherwise the interior is "nicer" in the s14 as well, but i just dont get off on the body style.
