Hey guys, I'm in the final stages of finishing my VH45DE swap for my Z32.
I need injector insulators (the fat rubber o-ring) as I am missing all of them but one... I got 5 from Nissan Australia but the rest they have to order via Japan which is a 2 week+ wait. :(
I tried searching for alternate parts on FAST but this is the only engine that uses the part.
Is there anyone able to help me out with an express postage of 3-4 of these items from the USA? The part number is 16636-60U00. I tried contacting Infinitipartsusa but they never got back to me  (I can pay through Paypal)

I apologise if this is in the wrong section...

I'm pretty sure all the Nissan/infinity side feed injectors use the same style insulator. if thats the case you can use the ones off your VG.

Pretty sure I've tried the VG ones as well, they were too small from memory. I did however have another look and RBs might use one that fit... part number is 16636-72P00... if anyone has any insight on which of these darn injector insulators are interchangeable please do share!
I'll visit my local Nissan dealer again and ask em about it... thanks for the suggestion.

gotcha i thought you meant the upper insulator, not sure what will work then. i looked into the part numbers and it seems they may be different sizes on all of em. ill keep looking tho good luck.

Went to my local Nissan dealer today and compared different injector insulators they had with the VH one. They're all so small compared to the VH ones!
So if anyone can help me out here it would be awesome.

I know the feeling of needing parts and not being able to find them. It sucks!

Do you have measurements for the insulators? I bet you could find something very close in dimensions on Mcmaster.

Yeah, pretty much the only thing stopping me from starting it up as well :/
I don't have a micrometer here, but the ID of the ring is approx 20mm and the OD is approx 35mm. I'm having a look on that site right now, see if I can find anything...

In case you don't find anything, try searching for "Spacers" and choosing the thickness measurement first. That's the most important one and then it will list all the possible ID and OD combinations.

I couldn't find it in the end.
However I've found someone from Fort Pierce Nissan in FL who's willing to post these to me :dblthumb:
Thanks guys!
