need injector help ASAP

so, about 6 months ago i bought 370's from some guy on a forum, installed them and adjusted K and dead time via bikirom... so tuning is taken care of, since, its always been hard to start, ive read that this can be injector seals leaking, so a cylinder could just effectivly be flooded, so i bought 4 new top and bottom seals from nissan (~$20), and today when i went to replace them, one of the injectors was missing a cap, will this destroy anything if its been shot into the cylinder, (valves, rings etc.?) also can i take a cap off a 270 i have sitting around? if so whats the procedure for that? (the smaller ring was still attached to the injector missing a cap when i pulled it out)

any advice would be much appreciated.
