hey iam planning on buying a coupe s13 and would like to know what mods can i make to make a pretty fast car iam only 17 and my budget to spend on it as of right now is $3000 can you please help me with some tips on what i can do....thanks

try not to pay more than 2k for one.

don't worry so much about speed...if you get one at a nice price....do a little bit of suspension work and fix the problems common with a 20 year old car.

find the local SCCA chapter and learn how to control the car when pushed towards the limit in a safe environment.
