1. http://www.phase2motortrend.com, http://www.srswap.com.2. It can be done in 1 day.3. Buy front clip, this way you won't need anything extra. srswaps comes complete so you don't have to worry. Otherwise, probably FMIC, BOV, hotpipe, clutch.4. Yes SR is very streetable and is great for a daily driver. Just make sure to get ACT's organic disk clutches. No pucks!!! I have one and I hate it, wayyyyyyy to grippy.

or you could get a haltech, and have no support from anyone, and have a shop who doesnt really now nissans get it done in 6 months. *alittle bitter*. i think i would have better off doing it your route, get the clip, do it yourself, then upgrade things after its good and running.

what exactly does the down oioe do? does it take the place of the catalyic converter? and if it does will the car pass emmissions?

No. Downpipe is turbo-->cat. Get rid of the cat, get a test pipe, and a full exhaust. Most emissions will pass a turbo car, they run hotter so if your car is running right, it should pass. At least around here they do.

i would recommend changing most of your stock seals too; oil, pan, rear, front, transmission rear seal. those are common places to leak on sr's and it's a PAIN in the *** to change while the motor is sitting in the car. you might not pass emission w/ a straight pipe but all i did was bolt on the stock KA cat before i went
