If you can do it on whatever you want, I'd do it on Voyager 2, which was perhaps the best space program ever. It's also provided the only real close up images of Neptune or Uranus that we'll ever see in our lifetime (as no program will probably send a probe out to either of those planets on their own). The whole program happened because we had the right technology at the right time (when the planets were in such a way that visiting them in succession was possible).
