Ok so i got my last analytical paper idea from here on the forum. It was the one from SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN about why our broadband internet sucks.

Now i am tasked to do a research paper but am seriously lacking a topic that interest me. So fellas throw some ideas at me.

thanks
Mario

only leads were DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! only thing i have to worry about is the use of secondary sources and works cited that. 2 can be from the internet and the other 2 have to be from offline sources, books/magazines. I like the numbers stations kinda

If you can do it on whatever you want, I'd do it on Voyager 2, which was perhaps the best space program ever. It's also provided the only real close up images of Neptune or Uranus that we'll ever see in our lifetime (as no program will probably send a probe out to either of those planets on their own). The whole program happened because we had the right technology at the right time (when the planets were in such a way that visiting them in succession was possible). Super easy to find info on the subject and very interesting.

A numbers station LOST pop-culture tie in would be interesting, and something different.

If its strictly dry research and not something you have to come up with a main idea or theme for, cover the history of Prince/Datsun/Nissan. That will make the research less grueling.

Write a discussion on whether you are a criminal or not as per the FBI crime statistics and the theories of Sutherland and Merton. Chances are, you are a serious criminal as defined by the FBI.

Or how high school education has too much emphasis on memorization and standardization and how it is destroying America's youth in terms of preparedness on the global job market, i.e. we're all idiots now.
