need hose help please!!! (pic included)

where does the bottom of this hose connect??? i found it open to air....... is it supposed to be open to air or connected somewhere??? it also has a very small amount of oil type substance in it....... thanks for the help guys!!!

Its common to run into a catch can, or put a small filter on it near the valve cover

I concur...connects to the rubber intake hose to the turbo. You can always put a breather filter on there if you want.
