Need help With Wiring =(

Hey, i have a 89 sohc 240sx. and the wiring is really messed up. i was wondering if any1 here would have clue on whats going on. the first thing is that my clock doesn't work only when i start the car and then its always at 1:00 also i have no door chime, the dome light doesnt work. also the radio doesn't get continuous power. i check with a volt meter. and when the car is on the continuous power cable has just under 11 volts and the ignition cable has about 13.5. so i have no clue whats going on. and i forgot to mention one of the red yellow wire has to be connected to ground or the gauge and hvac lights don't work.

Some1 please help !! P.S how much would it cost to take the car to the dealer and check it out ??

It will probably cost a lot to take it to the dealer, so I wouldn't go that route unless you absolutely have to. As for you problem, try checking all the fuses. Did you buy the car like this? If so, you may have to start tracing wires to look for splices and cuts done by the previous owner.
