I have a '90 Nissan 240sx engine type KA24 (DE). What's wrong is the orginal owner put in a 2005 radio and ended up melting all the wires. So I took out all the wiring and put in some new ones. Problem is the new wiring is from a '91 model and has a TPS while the '90 engine doesn't have it. What do i need to do? I get the car to turn over, it doesnt start.

Just putting in a radio wont cause things to not start. (EDIT: Dur didn't read it right...)

Make sure your dash harness is plugged in (passenger side, inside the dash - take off the glove box to see it)

Check your battery and starter connections.

Check your fuses and relays.

P.S: to take out the wiring and put new one in you ogtta remove dashboard below passenger side to hook up to computer. Also, yes the fuses are working properly and the starter motor is working otherwise it wouldnt roll over like it does now. The problem is whne it rolling over it doesnt start then.
