need help with wiring s14 RB25

a few day ago i bought a 98 240 RB25 the car is been acting up weird, i believe is something to do with the wiring any time i step on the brake or turn any of the accesories on the engine start running rough i test the voltage on my maf with accesories off it was something like 13.5v accesories on it drop to 12.7v any help is useful i need to trace this problem soon plz help

check your alternator belt and battery grounds

good advice but no helt alternator is good belt is good anybody have another idea
