That's very trusting of you to give your car to any person on the web. If I were you, I would research shops in your area. When you find one with good reviews, call them up and explain what needs to be done. Then have your wife drop the car off at the shop and pick it up. It's not like you're asking your wife to the do install herself.
Don't forget to have the Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) moved over. There's a device inside each wheel. You can go without it, but the tire pressure warning light will be on continuously.
I know that some Nissan dealerships will swap wheels and tires for you. The labor costs will be higher than a regular shop, but if they warranty their work (other than an alignment) you should be able to take it back to them if you find any issues after you get back from your tour.
