Need Help With wheels and tire setup

I have a 2010 Rogue AWD will a 20' wheel with a 8.5 width and 45 offset work fine? I plan on using 245/40/20 tires. Ive been looking around and have seen wheels with 30 to 40 offset I just want be sure it will work and not cause any problems.
