Need help with wheel fitting!

I just traded in my '08 Acura TL for the 2010 G37x Coupe and I have a set of 18x8.5 Helo Tease wheels that were on the Acura. I am trying to figure out if these will fit my G37x Coupe so that I don't have to buy new wheels. The Helo's are a +45mm offset. I know the bolt pattern is the same for the two cars but I don't know much about this so I can't tell if the rest of the wheel size will fit. I am also curious if the stock tires will fit the Helo's since they are both for 18's. Please help!

Take a look on the back side of each wheel type to see what the details are for width an offset then report back.
Take a picture of the cast in place writing on each is the most useful.
