need help with water leak

hey guys well i have a 90 coupe ,just stripped the interior ,the trunk and rear seats,..........when it rains the right side of the trunk always gets filled with water.i put sealnt on the light because i thought that was the problem ,and no keeps leaking. today that it was raining i notice the interior on the right side was flooded again .also on the sides it has plastic tubes like hoses and they get filled with water ,kinda like a drain system going too the roof or too the trunk,dont know anybody know whats the problem ?????..........help would be really appreciated ...need help ..thanxz

look up hatch in tutorials in my signature. use a flashlight to see where the water is coming in.

THANKZ ALOT ...... I DECIDE TOO CHECK IT OUT TODAY SEENS EVERY OTHER DAY THAT IT RAINS THERES ALWAYS A SMALL POOL OF WATER ,EVR HAD THAT PROBLEM ????

I KNOW AM SOORYY JUST NEED TOO KNOW REALLY BAD ,DONT WANT IT TOO GET RUSTY OR ANYTHIGN ESLE TOO DAMAGE FROM THE WATER
