Need help with two questions?????

First off quick question. Well my clutch kinda starts slipping when ever i get on it even a little so i know soon it will probably go. So i wanted to replace it, well i use to have an 93 Nissan pick up truck with the single cam engine with a 5 speed and we had bought a clutch for it from auto-zone and still have warranty, so im wondering would i be able to get that clutch and put it in my ka24de? i think they the same idk if the single cams in the trucks are any diff than the ones that came in the 240sx.

And also im having a problem with my temperature. Idk if this has anything to do with it but i recently did a 248/248 cam swap and solid motor mounts and transmission mounts. Well no when i drive the car it heats up like normal but when i step on it, the gauge cluster said the temperature is normal but i say maybe when i get to like 6400 or so around there it my temperature gauge starts to rise to maybe 3/4 of the way but as soon as i let go of the gas it go back to the 1/2 mark like back to normal. Idk what it could be. is it really getting that much hotter? or like a bad sensor?

I would call a auto parts store or call the Nissan dealer to reference those 2 model part #'s. It wouldn't surprise me if they did match. Nissan uses a lot of the same parts on cars to make them affordable.

As far as temp problem. Were you having this problem before the head work? I would say Water pump or temp sensor going out.
