I FINALLY finished putting in my GReddy Trubo Kit last night. It started right up first try, then died. It turns on and revs to like 2k rpm starts to come down to 1k then dies like i have no gas. this all happens within about 5-8 seconds. So I tried a couple more times to start it and it always does the same. I tried givin it some gas to keep the idle up, but as soon as i crack the throttle open it dies. I have the GReddy Turbo Kit, FMIC, GReddy Type S BOV, GReddy Boost Control, GReddy Turbo Timer. Any Ideas, I tried searching and didnt see anything like this, I saw similar problems but nothing exacly like it, cause it sound like it has no gas when it dies.

Are using stock injectors? Pull your spark plugs and look and smell for fuel inside the cylinders. Is your ignition wire hooked up like its suppose to be? There was a post on this the other day IIRC.

Do you guys think i could hurt the car by starting it without the E-Manage, the reason I want to try it is because the kit accidently came with RC 440cc Injectors for the Honda Civic kit, I'm thinking I have the wrong E-Manage.

I opened the side panel like it said to in on of the posts about the GReddy Kit, it was set to 2-0-7. so i changed it to 2-0-6 like it says in the post.

Check in your manual for setting 207... because it if it came like that, then most likey the map that is on there will be for whatever car 2-0-7 is set for.

Also, the kit comes with 370cc injectors, so if you have 440ccs then it will undoubtedly run richer if the emanage is programmed for 370cc's.

It's not a big deal - you can either send the emanage out for a correct one, or erased everything on there and set it up yourself.

Well I got a new E-Manage today, This one acctually says "US-240SX" on the bottom of it, so this one must be right. But it does the same thing. So it must be wiring. So now my question is do both the green and white wire hook up on the E-Manage, or just the white? I disconected the white one and it gave me an error code 11 which is no air input. So I disconected the green and it seems to want to run. Is that how its supposed to be hooked up. GReddy's Instructions are horable.

You must connect both the green and white wire. When you disconnect the white wire, then the E-Manage does not receive a signal, so it does not send the proper signal if any to the ECU. If you remove the green wire, the ECU gets absolutely nothing so it'll probably run in the fail-safe mode.

Greddy's instructions are fine. I don't see what might be so confusing. I used only the Greddy instructions to wire my E-Manage and mine works perfectly.

Well thanks to C-Kwik I got my kit goin later last night. I let it warm up shut it down cool off then warmed it up again and took her for a spin, with no hood, bumper or headlights (road had street lights). Anyhoot I got on it in first and let off and the car died. It did it twice so i broght it back home and let her cool off and idle for a while. Any ideas of whats causing this?????

might be a boost leak. Check all your intercooler piping hoses. Make sure the clamps are tight. Use a socket wrench to tighten it as usinf a screwdriver will not be enough to hold boost pressure with. Does the kit come with a BOV? If so, make sure the recirculation pipe/hose is tight as well.
