Need help with transmission fluid change ASAP

Cause I need to have this done with today...

I went to go get it changed at Oil Changers and they were about to make me sign a waver saying that changing your transmission fluid when a car is over 100,000 miles can accelerate the process of transmission failure...I was reading that **** and like wtf so I had them unhook me just before they started and I left.

Then I went to a mechanic and he looked at fluid and said it was too dirty to just "change" and showed me the brown fluid in the car and the pink fluid from the bottle (now im thinking that there ain't no damn fluid under any cars hood that suppose to be pink...lol), but I don't know. He said he can change it for 50 or are charge 150.00 for to drop the pan clean it out and replace it. What do you guys recommend?

Ive researched the snot out of this .

Heres what I found.Chances are you have alot of debris sitting in the pan .. If you do a complete drain and refill all that debris will cycle through the transmission ,, Not good .Have the pan dropped and get all the clutch debris and whatever out of the transmission . have the screen/filter replaced , then if money permits do a evirolution flush , then fill with fresh fluid .Im not a transmission pro so hopefully Wes or the likes will chime in .

Is 150 an accurate price for this type of job? My transmission fluid isn't suppose to be pink is it?

Yes 150 sounds about right, and YES the trans fluid is supposed to be pink or rather a bright RED. And seethru, cuz if its a milkshake then you got alot of problems.
