Need help with transmission wires!!!!!

On the stock transmission 1990 ka24e there are 4 connectors to the chasis's plugs and on the 93 ka24de swap that I put in there are 5 connectors leaving one plug left on the chasis .... What is it and how do i wire it if i need it? Also can i use my stock engine fan from the single cam ka24e on the 93 ka24de swap in my car now?
