Here's the story. I had a head gasket problem so i replaced it. Did the whole, pull the head off, front cover off, chain off, etc. We put everything back together and now i'm having problems. I don't know where it's coming from. I've check everything. i'm getting fuel, spark, and compression is fine in all cylinders. At first i thought it would be my injector plugs cause they looked a little corroded so i got new ones. i believe my timing is set right. we played with the plugs and this is the only order i can get it to start in.

Bottom right is #1, top right is #2, bottom left is #3, and top left is #4. I know that 2 and 3 should be switched according to what i found but if i switch 2 and 3 it will not start. The order i have it set in now the car starts. it just runs bad.

Top dead according to my research. Second to last mark on the pulley.

Distributor cap off when on Top dead. Looks right. right?

The problem is it runs real bad. I believe i'm not firing in all cylinders. i don't get why not. if you have any information on timing or anything to help me fix this problem i appreciate it. Btw i did search and found some just not enough.

Thanks in advance. I have a feeling i failed, hard.

That is not TDC on the distributor.

The rotor should be facing top left like this.

I'm a single cam, does that make a difference? i'll be switching it after the storm stops. Thanks.
