hi i have a 300zx tt auto 1991 i am having problems when pressing down the accelerator i hear this noise. the engine seems to run fine apart from the noise can anyone tell me what it is ?

My first guess would be a turbo. Almost sounds like one isn't getting enough oil or possible a bearing that has worn weird. Is it coming out louder on one side than the other?

the noise comes from the top of the engine near the turbos and is louder on the offside but definitely coming from around the turbo area
