Hello nico club!!! It's my first time here. I made my profile primarily to seek guidance in regards to Taurus e-fan setup. After changing my mechanical clutch fan 3 TIMES and frying 2 water pumps, I've decided to go with an e-fan. I have all parts installed on my 1990 300zx NA ( Taurus 2 speed e-fan, Volvo 2-speed relay switch, 12v 40amp small relay to power the Volvo relay, 91-93 Audi dual switch thermoswitch that is already tapped on a radiator hose adapter which is on top radiator hose, 10-12 gauge wires, and 30 amp fuse in a fuse holder running from battery)

My question is... How do I get my e-fan to run off the thermoswitch and not the ignition switch?

Why in the hell does my car seem to lack power after this e-fan setup? Is the e-fan setup sucking up a lot of power from the alternator? Is my alternator weak?

I followed this setup provided in this wiring diagram

I know it's a different forum, but the wiring diagram should work on most cars, so I've been told.

Please help me out anyone, thanks
