Need HELP with tail light fuse!

Since last week my taillight fuse keeps blowing. It happens so much I can't drive it during night. It sucks because my gauge cluster lights, climate control lights, and my side markers go out beacuse that fuse too. Why would that one little 15 fuse control all that. Its like it has a mind of its own. It blows just to piss me off. I dont know the first thing about electrical, so I wouldnt even know where to start. I have gone through like 20 fuses bc of this. Any help would be much appreciated.
