Need help with steering clicking noise?

92 240sx coupe and well long story short my left front tire fell off going down the road and now every time I turn my steering wheel I hear a loud click noise just once and then when I turn it the opposite direction I hear it again.....Oh and this is when I at a stop...

Think it might be the tire rod????

I have no idea and don't have extra cash to guess...Please help!!!

Kinda sounds and feels like something is popping....If I turn to left I hear it and wont hear it again until I turn it to the right..

have someone turn the wheel while you peek underneath or throw it on the rack..

Tie rod is my first guess. There's a bolt in your steering shaft that could have come loose too, that'll cause a clunk every time you turn your wheel left to right. I've experienced both issues.
