Need help with starting

First off I would like to state that my friend is using my name to post this question.

I am having some troubles starting my FC and the RX7 forum as of late has not been much help. I have an 1988 RX7 with a newly installed water pump and radiator. After installing these components I have been having a hell of a time starting my baby. It either starts up and dies immediately or it will start and shake like a b itch and idle at 300rpm and when I give it gas it will die... But then today I got it out and it started, but this time I could give it gas without it dieing.... Then when It seemed the only problem was the idling I shut it off to let it cool. When I went back outside after posting my new found information on the forum I couldnt get her to start up at all. It isn't flooding, I checked and done all the unflooding techniques the 7s have. Also something strange, if I kept the starter turning and gave it gas, it would rev untill I released on the key then it would die. As I said before, I am having TROUBLES hehe. I apologize with asking you guys but my friend is a 240 guy and said you people are very helpful. Thanks for the help and time!

Maybe you should try running for engine codes, might be a dummy sensor TPS, MAF, etc causing the bad idle.
