Need help with SR..

Okay heres the problem.. The car was running perfect, but then the clutch started dying out.. so I got a new clutch for it.. also my second gear was kinda grinding a little.. so i replaced it with a spare transmission i had.. After all that installed.. now my car wont turn over anymore.. every time i turn the key all i hear is the starter.. sounds like the starter is grinding against the flywheel or something.. really loud too.. anyone have any clue... like the title says.. whoever solves this problem will get $10 paypal to them..
