Claybar? Unless it's like corrosion, 3M makes this stuff I used for my scratches, I guess it was something similar to what you have in the picture but I forget what it's called followed by another 3M product for the clear coat. I can make some calls and find out what it was.

I was told mine were from our hard water. I have to be REAL quick to dry my car after washing. My detailer said he has a product he is going to recommend to me. I'll keep you posted.
