need help with spark plugs for nitrous!!!

wats up guys, just got my nitrous kit in and dont kno wat kind of spark plugs i need to run and what do they need to be gapped at? please help me out guys!!

No one on here is spraying on their y34's. Might want to ask some of the Q guys, they might know.

Be very very careful as the revised 4.5 is less robust than the old 90-96 4.5.The bearing are narrower and don't have a lead matrix, the rings have less tension so any mistake will be a lot more fun for the rebuilt technican.

Pearly, what set up are you planning to run? Could you share the details and what you are looking for power wise? Thanks!

As far as spark plugs, I believe with Nitrous and forced induction you usually run one step colder plugs. I'm not an expert though. Maybe try NGK Cold type PLFR6A-11. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Better check on the R&R estimate of the VK45DE long block to assess your true costs.
