i know this isnt about a nissan car, but i thought maybe you could help. I have a 91 nissan pathfinder(just bought it) and they said everything is good on it but the security system wont let it start. i put a new battery in it today, the alarm light comes on and i can turn it off with the remote, but nothing on the inside of the vehicle works at all. is there anyway anyone can help me figure out this problem(is there a switch or anything that will reset it to where everything will work)any help is appreciated.chad

This forum isnt just for cars its for ALL nissan vehicles. It sounds like you have a blown fuselink. Check the wires at the positive battery cable. Those smaller lines coming off there are fuse links. Make sure you have power at both sides of those short wires.
