Need help with secondary battery....

ok so before some smartass says search!!! i have...no luck...

so what i am wanting to know is what kind and where would u recommend me putting a secondary battery cuz i have NO CLUE where to start...i am wanting to run all my lights and soon an amp and speakers off of it!

Id reccomned running one of these in the trunk http://www.kinetikaudio.com/20...HC800 Build a mount for it and run a set of power and ground wire from the batt up front. Your best bet tho would be to wait until you get your system set up so you can put every thing in the right place and arrange your stuff how you want it.You are going to have to be just a bit creative

Kinetik batteries are solid. I've got a 2400 in my trunk, and Doc has an 1800 underhood. Pretty sure both of us are pleased. Check ebay and you can probably find the most Kinetik batteries fairly cheap.

thank u both!! so i am a total when it comes to this kind of stuff so if i was wanting to put one under my hood how and where might there be room to put one? sorry for so many questions!!

Since the Kinetik batteries seem to be the main idea for you. I would recommend that you move the car battery to the drivers side of the trunk and put the Kinetik battery on the passangers side of the trunk. And you could connect them together as they do lowriders batteries as shown, but with only 2 batteries and on opposite sides of the trunk...

hmm that would work...i guess i would need to custom fab something for that...ill check into it!! thanks!!
