My rotors are rusted on as well, is there a trick to getting them off?

I tired wd40, CLR rust remover and hammering the back of it but it just won't budge.

Thanks

A few good light wacks with a mallet works well. You just have to be careful not to hit it too hard & not to hit the studs.

Mine were the same way just HIT that S.O.B. HARD on the front and it will pop off, if your replacing them anyway, then who cares if you mess them up, but in reality i NEVER damaged one this way and its how i get them all off.

most should have bolt holes for a puller or slide hammer if nothing else shouldn't they?

Don't some even have the threaded hole that backs up to the hub, so you can tighten a bolt in to force the rotor off?

If they're seized on, have fun. My eclipse rotors seized about 2 years ago. This is what I used:

PB Blaster20lb dumbell2 bolts holes (stripped right out)pullerpropane torch (acetylene wil get it hot enough)Die grinder with cut-off wheelrotorary tool with carbide cutting bitair chisel

I ended up having to cut from one stud to the next, until 2 sections were completely off, them they popped off with the air chisel. Only took me 2 days and a lot of frustration. I'd suggest if you can get your calipers and brakes back on, drive it to Midas or something and save the headache. Just my opinion.
