need help with roof rack

does anyone know how to remove the Canadian spec roof rack? I want to keep the roof rails but remove the cross bars. the US spec QX4 cross bars are different then the Canadian spec ones.

There should be two allen screws in the very back of the rails right before the hatch, take those out then pull off the cover. Loosen the cross bars and slide them back out.

I did this same thing, but took off the covers in the front because my OEM spoiler got in the way.

Why don't you get off your a** and look instead of asking someone to hold your hand. Even you could figure this one out (maybe).
