well, I installed the APS kit on my G35, although not an easy task everything bolted on as promised. My problem now is that if i rev the car any thing over 2,000 rpm or even at 2,000 rpm, the motor will fall flat on its face. If any one has experienced this issue before please help out ......thanks in advace.

By fall flat on its face, di you mean you loose all power? Here are a few questions:

-how does it idle?-Can you hear any intake leaks?-have you reprogramed the PCM?-did the kit come with new injectors or a fuel pump; have you installed anything to increase the fuel to the engine?

yes, after i press the accelerator and let it go it to does not stay at idle it will loose all power.

- it idles at 1,000 at initial start up when its all ready warmed up then it will drop to i guess 800 or so. - I can hear a constant sucking sound from the passenger side of the car by the pcv valve. - what's PCM? - yes it came with 500cc injectors and a walbro pump

Sounds like a massive vacuum leak to me... No boost, bad idle.

Get some starting fluid and spray it around the area where you hear the "sucking sound" at idle. If the car stumbles / dies, that's where your leak is.

Let us know what you get... Likely there's more than just that, but it's a good start.

The PCM is the car's computer.

But I agree with AZhitman, sounds like a leak! Did you install a Spacer or a new plemium? Make sure that the rubber oil filler isn't sandwitched between the upper/lower plenium.

well, i checked the air leak with the starting fluid and nothing. the air sucking sound that i hear is acually the pcv valve but no leaks.....

And yeah, joe the APS kit brings its own upgraded PCM as well.

Now post some pics of that setup. Just remember vacuum/boost leaks are your worst enemy once F.I.'d What kind of gauges are you running? I would recommend at the minimum boost/vac, oil pressure & A/F.

If money is not an issue, which it shouldn't be at this point. Defi gauges hands down.
