you don't need HIGH rpms to run this test, just rotate the throttle arm on the Valve body, listen for the knock, and watch how much the engine moves...it's best to just take a look at your mounts with your eyes.
PS: PLEASE make sure your engine is in PARK(P) before you run this test.
