need help with oil amount

how much oil does a 89 240sx hold and where on the dipstick does the oil level need to be i am guessing the middle of the L and H but am not 100% sure and cant find anything on google the engine is a ka24e.

4 quartz is how much i use...and usually after 2000miles i would ad in 1/2 or another quart to top it off and get another 2000miles out of it...mine dont burn oil and no leak i just dont know where it goes...but it does go somewhere...if u like to rev ur engine high then use a little bit less to keep from building too much pressure that will bust ur rings

4 quarts. In the middle is fine just don't get to the L of above the H. To little it over heats to much and its turns into a smoke white smoke screen.

The oil level should be at the top of the H, when it gets to the L line that represents 1 quart low.
