Need help with new issue
Ok i have been building my CA without emissions as a issue, NJ had a collector car registration that covered limmited use vehicles. In september they changed it banning all types of custom cars. Now I must worrie about passion emissions, any recomendations on how to pass, if i make a exhaust with 2-3 inline cats lol jk

I got arrest 4 months ago for gettin NJ inspection stickers, my case is still on goin, i got charged with 4 fellionies, just for gettin a NJ inspection sticker. NJ is goin nutz. I'm appling right now for a non-profit licences, to start up a NJ custom car Coalition, to start politicaly fighting back.
