need help with new 240sx

i just got a 240sx but im unable to drive cause a gas leak on the exhaust.Asked people about it but nobody hav a response....i havent take it to the mechanic yet but i want some advice first.tere is some white smoke coming out of the muffler together with gas.....wont drive cause look scary...apreciate your help.ricardo

Please type more clearly. If gas is leaking into your exhaust then you have an ignition problem and uncombusted gasoline is being dumped into your exhaust. But I really can't understand what you are saying. Try to use complete words and sentences.

im sure is gas ....as soon i start the car it smells.Also im sorry if i cant describe my problem more clear ,english is my second language so is kind of hard for me to find the right words.Like i said once i start the car there's white smoke coming out of the muffler ,plus some fluid that im pretty sure is gas cause smells lke it.I finish paying the car next week,right now is park outside my house ,as soon i register the car im gonn take it to nissan ...but i dont want to go there with o idea on whats hapening to it.thanks fr the comments.

yeah....and white smoke.also there is a leak on the motor , not sure if is the headers or injectors.

you blew your head gasket... check your oil. does it look milky or contaminated?

im willing to bet your seeing coolant not gas. the gas smell might be coming from the trunk. give year and model(coupe hb) engine typeDETAILS MANG!!!!!!!!! what are u revving at.

1991 240sx hatchback twincam.checked the oil and looks fine ,you are probably right on the coolant leak and why do you think the trunk smells like gas?hope is something easy to fix....motor is good ,we just think theres a leak of gas on the injectors .that means i can drive the car?need to drive it to the shop.well thanks for the help,my 240 look jst like yours only in blue.

pull the carpet up in your truck see if the fuel pump has been touched. its beside the spare tire well. looks like a wire running to a cover with 4 bolts. if someone opened that they might have forgot to replace the gasket and it wouldve leaked/evaporated into the trunk. unless u have a leak in ur fuel line/pump

well the gasket is like $15 at dealer. get the right one and away u go. just remove put gasket in and reclose
