NEED HELP WITH MY VERT

Hi everyone...,I'm new to this forum,... I have two red verts 1992 and 1993, My 1992 stumbles at low rpm I've changed spark plugs wires ,new spark plugs, new fuel filter air filter,done your basic tune up...still have the problem....does any one have any suggestions how to fix the problem. Thanks
