Need help with my versa

Hello I just bought a 2012 Nissan Versa S Hatchback, it came with electric unlocks but did not come with the keypad. I was wondering if all I have to do is purchase the key pad, see link.

Or do i have to actually purchase a module to go with it.

Take out the glove compartment (easy to do), and behind the glove compartment on the left, there should be a black box.

It may have a sticker on it that says Calsonic / Kansei. It may also have a sticker that has the following info (or similar):

FCC ID: CWTWC1U241
IC: 1788D-FWC1U241
P/N: TWC1U241
MADE IN MEXICO
CCAB06LP1410T1

Don't worry about the numbers, you're looking for a box with the FCC ID on it - that's the remote module. IF YOU HAVE THIS, then buy your remote key fob and we'll show you how to program it so that you'll have keyless entry.

I have a 2011 Versa WITH power windows and locks but NO remote keyless entry. I removed the glove box and I DO have the remote module on the left with the FCC ID #. So if I have this, all I need to do is buy a remote and program it? No other factory parts need to be added?

From everything I was told, That is my understanding there is even a topic explaining how to program it. I am going to pickup a remote of amazon for like 15 bucks.

Thanks, I saw the remote on amazon as well and for 15 bucks, it's worth a shot. I can always use it for my Frontier if NG on the Versa.
